We deliver this report to your hospital for you to review, as well as provide you with a CD of all documents, process maps, and results generated throughout our engagement.

Sustaining your success
Our services don't end there.HSG follows up with your hospital 6 weeks to 3 months post-engagement to ensure you are continuing to find our implemented program useful. We not only offer our clients tools and techniques on efficiency during the engagement, but we also provide you with Patient Education materials and templates you can customize specifically for your hospital. Pre-Op Education plays a critical role in driving patient satisfaction. We provide:

  • Customizable Education Brochures for hospitals to hand out, which give overviews of the knee and hip procedures, including recommended behaviors to prepare for surgery, and critical information for patients to help set their expectations
